Effective Date: July 16, 2025 These Referral Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the referral program (“Program”) offered by Moonfrog Labs Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals who are legally eligible to participate.
• Referrers must have a valid Player ID with the Company.

2. How the Program Works

• A unique referral code or link will be provided to the Referrer.
• The Referrer may share this code or link further to participate in the Program.
• A “Qualified Referral” means a new user or customer who:
  • Uses the referral code/link to sign up,
  • Completes the required qualifying action as described in the referral section (“Referral Section”) of the game
  • Is not already a customer or contact of the Company.

3. Referral Reward

• The Referrer will be eligible to receive a Referral Reward (“prize for referring new players”) as determined and offered by the Company at the time of each Qualified Referral.
• To claim the Referral Reward, you may contact us using the details provided at the end of these terms and conditions.
• The Company reserves the right to substitute the rewards on the game screen from time to time without any prior notice.

4. Limitations and Restrictions

• No self-referrals or multiple accounts are allowed.
• Referrals must comply with all applicable laws, including data privacy laws.
• Abuse or manipulation of the program (including fraudulent referrals) will result in disqualification.

5. Termination and Modification

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of termination, pending rewards that meet all criteria may still be honored at our discretion.

6. Tax and Compliance

• Each of the Company and the Referrer shall be individually responsible for any applicable tax implications or reporting obligations arising from the rewards received, including the submission of any related documentation, as required under applicable laws.
• The Company may require tax documentation where necessary under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of participation in the Program or use of rewards.
• Participation is at the Referrer’s own risk.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangalore, India.
• Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
