These terms govern the relationship between users and Moonfrog Labs Pvt. Ltd. (located in Bangalore, India) regarding use of their social games and related services across mobile applications and branded websites.
Service use is governed by Moonfrog's Privacy Policy. Users accept and agree to these terms by creating an account or accessing the Service, consenting to information collection and storage as outlined in the privacy policy.
Moonfrog reserves the right to modify terms at any time by posting amendments. Changes become effective 30 days after posting unless specified otherwise. Users continuing to use the Service accept changes.
Moonfrog grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Virtual Items ("virtual coins, virtual cash, tokens, or points") do not represent ownership but rather a limited licence to use the Service. Purchases represent completed transactions upon payment or redemption.
Users must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy to access services. Users between 13–17 must have legal guardian approval. Users warrant they are not prohibited from receiving products of Indian origin and are responsible for all connection fees and equipment.
Services are strictly for entertainment and do not promote gambling, betting, or wagering. Users must comply with applicable local, state, and national laws.

Moonfrog may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice for non-compliance or suspected illegal activity. Users may lose usernames, benefits, and purchased items with no compensation obligation.
All games, code, themes, characters, dialogue, artwork, animations, sounds, and related materials are copyrighted works owned by Moonfrog Labs Pvt. Ltd. Users acknowledge having no ownership or property interest in their accounts. All account rights belong to Moonfrog. Inactive accounts (180+ days) may be terminated at Moonfrog's discretion.
Users are entirely responsible for their submitted content. Moonfrog assumes no responsibility for monitoring content and may edit, refuse, or remove any content. Users consent to monitoring and recording of interactions and communications.
Users own their content but grant Moonfrog a perpetual and irrevocable, worldwide, fully paid-up and royalty-free, non-exclusive, unlimited licence to use, modify, and commercialise it.
Users may purchase Virtual Items using real-world money. Purchases are non-refundable. Moonfrog is not required to provide a refund for any reason, and users receive no compensation for unused Virtual Items upon account closure.
EU Residents: Purchase rights include a seven-calendar-day cooling-off period starting the day after purchase, except where service performance begins before the period ends.
Services may feature advertisements from Moonfrog or third parties. Moonfrog provides links to third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, business practices, or privacy policies.
Moonfrog responds to DMCA-compliant copyright infringement notices and reserves the right to terminate "repeat infringer" accounts without notice.
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Moonfrog does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Moonfrog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data. Liability is capped at amounts paid in the preceding 180 days.
Users indemnify Moonfrog and its affiliates from claims, losses, and damages arising from user misuse or Terms violations.
Disputes should first be resolved through direct contact. Moonfrog encourages alternative dispute resolution like mediation or arbitration.
India-based users are governed by Indian law and Bangalore courts. All other users are governed by Singapore law and Singapore courts.
Moonfrog may assign these Terms to any person or entity. These Terms, supplemental policies, and incorporated documents contain the entire understanding between parties, superseding all prior understandings. Translations are provided for informational purposes only; the English version controls in case of conflicts.
