Audio and Chat Policy

Purpose & Scope

These guidelines govern the use of audio and chat interaction features provided by Moonfrog Labs Private Limited's games across computers, mobile devices, websites, and other platforms. This policy applies to all users and complements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The platform aims to maintain an inclusive, safe environment for all players. Users must agree to these guidelines to access audio and chat features.

Prohibited Behaviour

Harassment

• Trolling or griefing to provoke users
• Embarrassing or taunting players
• Using offensive names or profanity
• Impersonating other users

Severe Harassment

• Threatening physical harm or engaging in persistent harassment
• Stalking or collecting information to harass users
• Sexual harassment of any kind
• Discrimination based on protected characteristics (race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, etc.)

Expected Conduct — Do's

• Provide constructive feedback and supportive dialogue
• Emphasise inclusivity and make users feel welcomed
• Respect others' privacy
• Report policy violations through official channels
• Communicate authentically without misrepresentation
• Engage positively with content and the community

Expected Conduct — Don'ts

• No bullying, hate speech, or derogatory comments
• Avoid spamming or over-posting in any channel
• No adult content in avatars, profiles, or chats
• No vulgar, pornographic, or nude content
• No impersonation or unauthorised account access
• No public shaming of other users
• No promotion of violent extremism or terrorism
• No cheating or use of unauthorised software
• Never share personal information (phone number, email, passwords, addresses)
• Avoid sensitive political or religious content
• No sharing of government secrets or military information
• No distribution of misinformation
• No posting of unauthorised copyrighted material
• No content glorifying self-harm or suicide
• Respect blocking choices; do not contact blocked users via alternate accounts
• No promotion of illegal activity or regulated item sales
• Strict child safety: no sexualisation of minors under any circumstances

Recording and Monitoring

We reserve the right to record and store audio and other chat communications for such time as is legally permissible for conflict resolution and service improvement purposes.

Recording Consent: By using the platform, you consent to the recording of your interactions for training and moderation purposes.

False Reporting: Abuse of the reporting system may result in account suspension.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Temporary muting or suspension of chat and audio features
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action where applicable
