These terms govern participation in the referral initiative offered by Moonfrog Labs Private Limited ("Company"). By joining, participants agree to comply with all outlined requirements.
Participants must be legally eligible and maintain a valid Player ID with the Company. By joining the referral program, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these terms in full.
A unique referral code or link will be provided to the Referrer. The Referrer may share this code or link with others. Qualified referrals require new users to register via the provided code and complete required actions as specified by the Company from time to time.
Referrers receive rewards for successful qualified referrals. The Company retains full discretion to modify the reward offerings, amounts, and eligibility criteria at any time. Rewards are credited to the Referrer's account upon verification of qualifying activity.

Legal compliance is required at all times. Violations may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination.
The Company may alter, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without advance notice. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to referral rewards in their jurisdiction. The Company will not be liable for any tax obligations arising from program participation.
The Company's liability in connection with the referral program is limited to the value of rewards earned. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in or inability to participate in the program.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
