This legal agreement outlines rights and obligations for participants in the Moonfrog Creator Program. The complete agreement combines Section I (Creator Agreement), Section II (Terms of Service), and the signed Insertion Order.
By signing the Insertion Order or emailing creators@moonfroglabs.com, you confirm you have read the agreement and agree to be legally bound by all terms.
Effective from the Insertion Order date, continuing until terminated by either party as outlined in Section II.6.
Creators produce content featuring Moonfrog games using provided Creator Codes. Content must include clear and conspicuous disclosures of programme participation and must comply with all guidelines.
Prohibited: Promoting gambling, casinos, sports betting, alcohol, drugs, lotteries, or virtual slot machines. Violations enable immediate termination and content removal requests.
Age: Minimum 18 years
Platform Presence — one of the following:
Conduct: No community guideline strikes or harmful behaviour
Content Fit: Values aligned with Moonfrog — inclusive, positive, community-first
Meeting criteria does not guarantee acceptance. Moonfrog may waive minimums for creators demonstrating exceptional engagement or brand alignment.
"Assigned Payment" occurs when users enter valid Creator Codes during purchases. Attribution applies to all purchases while the code remains active. Attribution continues for 7 days (unless otherwise specified) from code entry or until the user removes or replaces it.
As outlined in the Creator Insertion Order Form. Creators bear all taxes, agent fees, and third-party expenses. Legal withholding applies.
Content must not contain offensive, misleading, or infringing material; misrepresent identity or impersonate others; include unlicensed links; or violate any laws. Creators bear sole responsibility for submitted content.
By Creator: 30 days' written notice required.
By Moonfrog (immediate grounds):
Licence to Creator: Moonfrog grants a non-exclusive, revocable, limited licence to use game assets (logos, characters, footage, art, music, UI) for creating content about Moonfrog games.
Licence to Moonfrog: Creators grant Moonfrog a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, reproduce, repost, adapt, and promote Creator content featuring Moonfrog games.
Confidential Information includes early access builds, private communications, unreleased features, content embargoes, and internal strategy/product roadmaps. Creators cannot disclose Confidential Information without written Moonfrog authorisation. Breaches result in immediate programme termination and potential legal action.
Governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under exclusive Bengaluru court jurisdiction.
